Terms of Service

Effective date: Aug 28, 2026 · TradeRevive is operated by Hongin NC.

These terms govern use of TradeRevive, a business software service provided by Hongin NC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, the business that holds the account ("you") agrees to these terms.

1. Business use only

TradeRevive is offered for business-to-business use by service companies and their staff. It is not intended for consumer or personal use, and you may not use it on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.

2. Authorized use

  • Use the service only for your own lead follow-up and scheduling work.
  • Do not attempt to access another customer's workspace or data.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service without a written agreement.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content, or to probe, scrape, or overload our systems.

3. Your outreach, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for who you contact, what you send, and whether you have the consent and lawful basis required in the jurisdictions where your recipients are located. That includes honoring opt-out requests, respecting quiet hours, and complying with applicable telephone, messaging, and marketing rules and your messaging provider's policies. We do not review your recipient lists or message content for legal compliance, and we provide no legal advice. See our SMS Messaging Policy for the practices we expect.

4. Messaging and third-party services

Sending text messages depends on a messaging provider account and any registration or approval that provider or the carriers require. Nothing in these terms states that any messaging campaign is registered, approved, or active for your account. Third-party providers you connect are governed by their own terms.

5. SMS Terms

Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of receiving text messages, and may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies depending on the service relationship between the business and the recipient. Text messages are sent by the business that holds the account, not by Hongin NC. For consent and opt-out details, see our SMS Messaging Policy.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of users you invite. Keep credentials confidential, remove users who leave, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not commit to any specific uptime level unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may modify, add, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.

8. Fees

Fees, billing periods, plan limits, taxes, and refund handling are governed by the order, quote, or pricing terms you accept for your account. If you have no paid order in place, your access may be limited or trial-based and may be changed or ended at our discretion. Messaging, carrier, and third-party provider charges are separate from our fees.

9. Your data

You keep ownership of the lead, conversation, and business data you put into the service. We use it to operate and support the service as described in our Privacy Notice. You may request export or deletion of your workspace data.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the service relationship. We may suspend or terminate access if use creates legal risk, harms other customers or our providers, or breaches these terms. On termination you lose access to the workspace; ask us before termination if you need an export.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any particular booking, revenue, or response outcome, and automated drafting features can produce imperfect text — a human should review important messages.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your outreach, your content, your recipient lists, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

15. Automated drafting requires human oversight

Features that draft message text or suggest appointment times are automated and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific customer. You are responsible for reviewing communications and for your own booking, pricing, and dispatch decisions. Do not rely on automated output as the sole basis for a decision that affects a customer, equipment, or safety.

16. No emergency use

The service is not an emergency response, dispatch, or life-safety system and must not be used for one. Messages and appointment suggestions may be delayed or fail to deliver. For emergencies, use your normal emergency procedures and local emergency services.

17. Related policies

The following documents apply alongside these terms: our Billing Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, SMS Messaging Policy, and Data Processing & Customer Data summary. Common questions are answered in our FAQ.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms: use our contact form. A dedicated support mailbox is being set up and is not confirmed active yet; while email setup is in progress the form will tell you plainly if delivery is unavailable. For urgent business, use your existing contact at TradeRevive.
