This page summarizes, in plain English, how TradeRevive handles the data a customer puts into the workspace. It is informational and is not a signed agreement or legal advice.

Your data stays yours

Lead records, conversation history, appointment details, and business settings you enter or import remain your company's data. You decide what to upload and who to contact. You can ask us to export or delete your workspace data.

Why we process it

We process that data to provide and support the service — storing and organizing leads, preparing and sending follow-up messages you initiate, drafting suggested replies for your team to review, tracking appointments, keeping accounts secure, and diagnosing faults.

Vendors we rely on

We use third-party providers only to operate the service — as applicable, hosting and database infrastructure, a messaging provider for text delivery, an AI provider for drafting message text, an email provider for service email, and a calendar provider where you choose to connect one. Each receives only what it needs for its function. The set of providers may change as the service evolves; the current categories are listed in the Privacy Notice.

Retention and security

We keep workspace data while the account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Security measures are described at a high level in the Privacy Notice. No service can promise absolute security.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for the contacts you upload and the messages you send, for keeping your records accurate, and for reviewing automated drafts before relying on them. See the Acceptable Use Policy and SMS Messaging Policy.

Asking about a data processing agreement

If your company needs a written data processing agreement or has a vendor-review questionnaire, tell us through the contact form and we will discuss what we can put in place. No data processing agreement is in effect unless your company and Hongin NC sign one.
