Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for the TradeRevive subscription. TradeRevive is offered by Hongin NC as a monthly recurring subscription at $49 USD per month.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel, your access to the service continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal charges occur after that date.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or for duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges. If you believe a charge qualifies, please tell us and we will review it.

How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the contact method shown on the TradeRevive website. Please include the email address on the account and a short description of the charge, and we will follow up.

Payment processing

Payments and eligible refunds are processed through PayPal. PayPal is the payment processor, not the merchant of record for this service: Hongin NC remains the seller and service provider and is responsible for billing terms, refunds, and applicable tax obligations. Refund timing after approval depends on your payment method and PayPal's processing.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
