Privacy Policy

Effective date: Aug 28, 2026 · TradeRevive is operated by Hongin NC.

This policy explains what information TradeRevive handles, why we handle it, and how you can reach us about it. TradeRevive is a business tool operated by Hongin NC and offered to local service businesses ("customers").

Information we handle

  • Account information. The email address and password credentials used to sign in, plus basic business details you enter, such as company name and business hours.
  • Customer contact data you upload. Lead records you import or enter — typically name, phone number, address, equipment or system type, and last service date.
  • Conversation records. Messages exchanged through the workspace, including replies, proposed appointment times, and whether a team member took over a conversation.
  • Service logs. Technical records such as sign-in events, errors, and request timestamps needed to keep the service running.

Why we handle it

  • To provide the workspace: organizing leads, preparing follow-up, and tracking bookings.
  • To authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • To support customers who contact us with questions or problems.
  • To diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not use customer contact data to market our own product to their end customers.

Roles

For lead and conversation data, the customer decides what to upload and who to contact. TradeRevive processes that data on the customer's behalf and according to their instructions. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for their outreach.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and message content may only be shared with the service providers needed to deliver the service or the messages themselves — for example our hosting and database infrastructure and the messaging provider used for text delivery — and only as instructed by the customer whose workspace the data belongs to. Text messages you receive come from the business that holds the account, not from us. See our SMS Messaging Policy for consent and opt-out details.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service — as applicable, hosting and database infrastructure, a messaging provider for text delivery, an AI provider for drafting message text, an email provider for service and support email, and a calendar provider where a customer chooses to connect one. Providers receive only what is needed to perform their function, and are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing. The set of providers may change as the service evolves.

Retention

We keep account, lead, and conversation records for as long as the customer's account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Customers can ask us to delete their workspace data.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a service of this size: access controls that limit workspace data to authorized members, encryption in transit, credential storage handled by our authentication provider, and secrets kept out of client-side code. No service can promise absolute security, and we make no guarantee that our measures will prevent every possible incident.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. If you are an end customer of one of our customers, please contact that business first — they control the record. Otherwise, send your request through our contact form, describe what you need, and we will route it. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request.

California Privacy Notice (where applicable)

Where California privacy law applies to a given interaction, the categories of personal information we handle, the purposes we handle them for, and the categories of service providers involved are the ones described above in this policy. Most personal information in the workspace belongs to our business customers' records, and those customers direct how it is used.

California-specific rights and notice requirements may apply depending on the facts and the applicable law. Requests may be submitted through our contact form. This section is provided for transparency and is not a determination that any particular law applies to you or to us.

Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.

Contact

Questions or privacy requests: use our contact form. A dedicated support mailbox is being set up and is not confirmed active yet; while email setup is in progress the form will tell you plainly if delivery is unavailable. For urgent business, use your existing contact at TradeRevive.
