Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every business and user of TradeRevive, operated by Hongin NC. It sits alongside the Terms of Service and the SMS Messaging Policy.

Business use

• Use the workspace only for your own company's lead follow-up and scheduling work.
• Only upload contact data you are authorized to use, and only contact people your business has a lawful basis and any required consent to contact.
• Keep account credentials private; one login should not be shared outside your team.
• Honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly across every channel you use.

Prohibited use

• Unlawful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or deceptive content.
• Purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise unconsented contact lists, and outreach to people who have opted out.
• Impersonating another business, person, or public authority, or misrepresenting who is sending a message.
• Content that is prohibited by carriers or messaging aggregators, or that attempts to evade filtering, opt-out keywords, or sender identification.
• Regulated or high-risk offers outside your licensed trade, including lending, debt relief, gambling, cannabis, and similar categories.
• Probing, scanning, load-testing, reverse engineering, reselling, or rebranding the service without a written agreement, or accessing another customer's workspace or data.
• Uploading sensitive categories of data the workspace is not designed for, such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records.

AI & service limitations

• No emergency dispatch. The service is not an emergency, alarm, or life-safety system and must not be relied on to dispatch urgent work. Anyone with an emergency should call your company directly or the appropriate emergency number.
• No guarantee of bookings or revenue. We do not promise replies, booked jobs, recovered revenue, deliverability, or any particular business result.
• Humans must review important outputs. AI-assisted drafts, proposed times, and summaries can be wrong or incomplete. A person on your team is responsible for reviewing anything that commits your business — pricing, scheduling, and promises to customers — and can use Human Takeover at any point.
• Not legal or compliance advice. Nothing in the product or its documents is legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You decide what is lawful for your outreach and keep your own consent records.
• No impersonation or deceptive claims. Do not present automated messages as coming from a person who did not send them, and do not use the service to make claims your business cannot honor.
• No unlawful outreach. You are responsible for complying with the laws and carrier rules that apply to your calling, texting, and email programs.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect recipients, other customers, or the service. Where practical we will tell the account owner what happened and what is needed to restore normal use.
